To produce Franciacorta Satèn , only chardonnay grapes from the company's youngest vineyards are used. The grapes from these vineyards give our Franciacorta freshness and softness at the same time. The very fine, persistent and creamy perlage that distinguishes it derives from the lower pressure found in Satèn compared to other Franciacortas. Due to these peculiarities, Satèn gives the palate the delicate sensations of silk.
