The Franciacorta Rosé "Monique" is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, coming from the Sergnana vineyard and the Ronchetto vineyard. The grapes are macerated in contact with the skin for the time necessary to extract the finest aromas and to give the pink hue desired by the winemaker. Refined, it reaches the nose with a great olfactory expressiveness that is combined with sweet nuances of red fruits and rose water.
